As an IATA-accredited agency, we provide full-service travel support – from expert advice to booking airline tickets. We work with a global network of hotels, carriers, and event partners, offering seamless solutions backed by reliable logistics.
We are fully licensed under Tour Operator Concession No. 520 and covered by a Civil Liability Insurance Guarantee issued by AXA. All trip and event participants are insured for medical expenses and accidents, in partnership with AXA and Signal Iduna.
Each client is supported by a designated project manager backed by our experienced team – available whenever needed, from initial planning to safe return home.
As one of the few agencies in Poland, we offer direct visa assistance for the U.S. Consulates in Warsaw and Krakow, for both individuals and groups. We also support visa applications to other countries, ensuring a smooth and fast process.
Our multilingual team communicates fluently in over 10 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian. We offer seamless service to clients around the globe, with cultural sensitivity and communication ease at the forefront.

An economist with long-standing experience in the travel industry. Started his career at PBP Orbis, later working with American Travel Abroad Inc and Marcopolo Travel Agency. He lived for years in London and Stockholm, gaining an insider’s understanding of working in an international environment. The only continent he hasn’t visited yet is Australia – torn between exploring new places and revisiting the ones he knows and loves.
